Cell phone metamorphoses

The photo exhibition “Handy Metamorphosen” by Wilma Nyari shows that you can do more than just take selfies with your cell phone. Exciting metamorphoses take place in the large-format detail shots: man makes nature’s space his own, but nature is constantly reclaiming it. Man-made materials change as a result of weather-related decay and become something new. At the same time, Nyari transforms her cell phone into a camera and uses it as a creative tool.

The exhibition is part of the Senckenberg Nature Museum’s “Culture meets Nature” program. The visit is included in the museum admission price.
