Ocean Days
from May 29 – June 08, 2025
Discover the ocean in the museum!
For the third year in a row, the Senckenberg Nature Museum Frankfurt is hosting the Ocean Days – around the International World Oceans Day on June 8th.
The importance of our oceans and the protection of the seas are the focus of the Action Days in May and June 2025. A broad and varied program of events such as Science Live or exciting guided tours invites visitors to discover the museum in a new way. Whether during public themed tours, interactive stations or an action day in the Aha? Research Workshop: The fascination of the oceans can be experienced here in many different ways.
We not only want to draw attention to the wonderful and impressive animals and habitats of our oceans, but also raise awareness of the challenges that our blue planet is facing today.
Dive with us into the wonderful world of the oceans.
All Ocean Days events are free of charge and can be visited spontaneously. Only the museum entrance fee is charged.
All Ocean Days 2025 events as well as many other exciting events can be found here in the calendar.
The program flyer can be downloaded here (only available in German).
