The guide offers:

- The option to explore the museum freely or follow guided tours within the media guide (highlights tour, short tour, family tour, and special themed tours)
- Accessible content: a tour in German Sign Language and a tour in Easy Language
- Direct online access via the museum’s free Wi-Fi — no app download required
How it works:
Connect your smartphone to the museum’s free Wi-Fi while on site.
Open the digital guide at senckenberg-guide.de.
Explore the museum through a guided tour or at your own pace.
Alternatively:
Devices can be rented at the museum ticket desk for €3 plus a deposit.
Please note that audio content in the museum can only be played with headphones. Please bring your own headphones.
