At the museum, you can book one or two rooms. Welcome your guests amidst the original exhibits. Surrounded by dinosaurs, whales, and mammoths, every event is sure to be a highlight!

• Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri (Setup starting at 5:00 PM, takedown after the event ends)
• Only evening events are permitted at the museum.

The Jügelhaus, with its impressive ballroom, provides an exclusive setting for your event.

Its stylish architecture and elegant atmosphere offer the perfect backdrop for conferences, meetings, and celebrations of all kinds.

Having undergone extensive renovations just a few years ago, the Jügelhaus offers modern, accessible facilities in a historic setting.

All fees are net and subject to 19% VAT.

Availability

The MUSEUM’s facilities are available for evening events only on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Setup begins at 5:00 PM and should allow for at least 2 hours (depending on the scope of work). The event must end no later than midnight.

The JÜGELHAUS is available for booking every day of the week. It can also be used during the day. Setup can take place free of charge (subject to availability) on the afternoon of the day before the event. The event must end by 1:00 a.m. at the latest.

Flashlight Tour (only in the evening and only possible after dark): Encounter dinosaurs, elephants, and whales millions of years old, as well as lions, gorillas, and giraffes, a colorful array of birds, and exotic sea creatures in the dark! Exciting and unusual insights in the beam of a flashlight make this evening an unforgettable experience.

Highlight Tour: Experience the highlights of the Senckenberg Natural History Museum’s collection. Impressive, bizarre, and sometimes even whimsical exhibits from zoology and botany, geology, paleontology, and mineralogy offer surprising and fascinating insights into the natural world.

For your event at Senckenberg, we collaborate with established partners in certain areas. These service providers ensure that everything runs smoothly and that the specific requirements of our institution are met to the highest standard. In other areas, you have the freedom to bring in your preferred partners and tailor the event to your individual needs. This allows us to combine reliable expertise with your personal touch.

We work with two established catering partners. This structure offers you a choice while ensuring smooth operations and consistently high quality—a crucial factor in the day-to-day running of the museum and institute. You are also bound to our framework agreement partner for event technology services.

Planning, contracting, and billing are handled directly between you and the respective service provider. Please coordinate all requirements and the scope of the setup in advance to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
